As we usher in the holiday season, we're bringing back dishes from some of the most iconic Christmas celebrations in our country's history. Choose from three historically-inspired entrées on our traditional holiday features menu:
Frohe Weihnachten: Seared venison accompanied by ancient grains, braised red cabbage, peppercorn & brandy cream sauce.
Christmas Dinner at Mount Vernon: A duo of local pork loin and roasted turkey breast, served with mashed Idaho potatoes, apple & sage sausage stuffing, orange-cranberry sauce, seasonal vegetables, and a decadent two-day turkey gravy.
A Tribute to Cratchit’s Christmas Dinner: Roasted Indiana duck breast, ancient grains, rosemary jus, accompanied by braised red cabbage.
But that’s not all–complement your meal with a selection of soups, desserts and holiday cocktails that are sure to leave you feeling warm and fuzzy during the chilly December days.
Surprise! Santa is making his way to the Golden Lamb this year. Make your reservations! We're making our lists and checking them twice!
